The Analytics Panel is a powerful tool that allows you to work with the named entity patterns in your transcript data. It lets you do many things, including:
- View the number of times a word appears in your transcript.
- Filter by information type to view the number of times a type (i.e., Name, Date, Social Security Number, etc.) a named entity appears in your transcript.
- Redact ALL of your filtered search results with one click.
Audio Analytics Panel
- Mute Audio: Click
to mute all listed analyses. You can control the list that will be muted by searching for a specific term or selecting an option from the dropdown list below the mute icon. - Bleep Audio: Click to bleep all listed analyses. Similar to muting, you can control the list that will be bleeped by searching for a specific term or choosing from the dropdown list below the bleep icon.
- Go to Position: Click to go to the position in the video or audio file where the word is said.
- Block: Click to block this word in all future analytics. There is also an option at the bottom of the analytics panel to edit blocked analytics
- Delete Analytics: Hover over the word you would like to delete from the analytics and click to delete the analytics from the list. There is also an option at the bottom of the analytics panel to delete all analytics.

- Select Redact all search results at the top of the Analytics Panel to redact all the detected items in your document or hover over each text and click Redact to redact them individually
- Select Highlight all search results at the top of the Analytics Panel to highlight all the detected text in your document.
- Select Remove Highlight to remove all the highlighted results.
- Select Go to position when hovering over each word to go to the position of that text in the document.
- Select Delete at the top of the Analytics Panel to remove all the detected items in your document or hover over each text and click to remove them individually. This is useful when you need to delete most PII found except a selected few.
- Select Increase/Decrease font size to zoom in and out within the Analytics panel.
- Select Find and Redact Lists to apply or create a Find and Redact List.
- Select Block when hovering over each item to block the word from being redacted in this file or future files.
- You can edit your blocked words by selecting Edit Blocked Analytics at the bottom of the Analytics panel.
- AI Analysis: Click to run AI analysis on the document again to detect any you missed.
