How To Fix Your PST Import Window Not Loading

Scenario

I am trying to add a PST file to my CaseGuard but whenever I add it in the PST import window is blank and does not load. This issue is caused by your PST file being opened in another application.

Follow these steps to fix your PST import window!

  • First, open up Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) on your machine to see all the current applications you have open.

  • After the task manager is open, search for any applications you use to view your emails/PST files.
    • Outlook is the main cause of this issue.
  • Once you find the application you use to view your PST files click it from the task manager list. Once it is selected navigate to the top right of your task manager and select the End Task to close the app.
