How to: Troubleshoot CaseGuard Login Issues

If you are experiencing issues signing into CaseGuard Studio, it is likely because your account must first be activated through the CaseGuard web portal, after the migration.

Step 1: Activate Your Account via Web Portal

  1. Go to one of the following portals (depending on your organization/region):
  2. Sign in using your email address (e.g., [email protected])
  3. Use the temporary password that was sent to your email.( If you did not receive this, let us know and we will resend the temporary password.)
  4. After logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password
  5. Once completed, your account will be fully activated

Step 2: Sign in to CaseGuard Studio

After activating your account, you can sign into CaseGuard Studio using the same credentials.

Step 3: If You Experience Login Issues in the Desktop App

If you are unable to sign in directly from the application, follow these steps:

On the login screen, click Back (next to the login button)

You will be prompted to enter a username or email, type in your email.

You will then be prompted to select a region. Choose the appropriate option based on the portal you used:

This will redirect you to the web login page.

Sign in again using the same credentials used during portal setup

  1. Once authenticated, you will be taken to a page showing your
    A: Organization Name
    B: License Type
    C: User Role 

On this page, click Continue.

After selecting Continue, a new page will appear with the option Open CaseGuard Studio.

  1. Select Open CaseGuard Studio and allow your browser to open the application when prompted. CaseGuard Studio will then launch automatically.

  1. If authentication to open the application fails, copy the code on the webpage to CaseGuard.
