Follow the steps below to use the Replace Text feature:
- Open CaseGuard Studio and load the document you want to edit.
- On the left-hand toolbar, locate the Effects dropdown menu.
- Switch the effect type to Replace.

- Highlight the text you want to replace or search for it using the search bar at the top left.

- In the Replace With field, enter the text you want to substitute.
- Choose either:
Replace to update a single instance
Replace All if the word or phrase appears multiple times.

- Once applied, your changes will update immediately.
- To finalize and save your document, go to the top right corner and export it using your preferred export settings.
