Color Coding

You can change the look of redaction marks in CaseGuard Studio.

By default, redaction marks will appear like crosshatched outlined boxes around the objects and text you’ve marked for redaction.

If you’ve already processed your redactions, boxes will appear over your redaction images and text.

Why color code?

You may want to apply redaction reasons to your document. Color coding your redaction marks makes it easier to scan a redacted document quickly to see why information was removed.

In the below example, you can see how we applied separate color codes to the document.

After applying  and processing our color coded redactions, the end result is far easier to scan.
