Scheduled Tasks

The Scheduled Tasks panel allows you to monitor the progress and completion of all tasks scheduled in CaseGuard. It provides a centralized view of running, pending, and completed tasks, along with their processing status and timing.

This tool is useful for tracking ongoing and scheduled tasks, helping you stay informed about their progress and ensuring they complete as expected.

 

Task Details

Each task displays the following information:

  • Input File Name – The name of the file currently being processed.
  • Output File Name – The name of the exported file once processing is complete.
  • Status – Indicates whether the task is Pending, In Progress, or Completed.
  • Progress – Shows the percentage of completion.
  • Scheduled – Displays the date and time the task is scheduled to run.
  • Completed – Shows the date and time the task finished processing.
  • Job Type – Identifies the type of task being performed or completed.

Operations

  • Retry Processing – Re-run a task if it fails.
  • Stop – Ends a task that is currently in progress.
  • Delete – Remove a scheduled or completed task from the list.
