Overview
The Activity Panel is a central tool for managing and reviewing redactions in your audio, document, and video files. It provides detailed control over named entity patterns and allows you to track, edit, and apply redactions efficiently.
Audio Activity Panel
- Search bar
: search for existing redaction effects applied to the file.
- Go to Position: Click
to go to the position in the video or audio file where the word is said.
- Preview without Effect: Click
to preview the audio clip without the effect.
- Disable: Click the eye icon to disable the effect.
- More options
:
- Lock
: Click this icon if you would like to lock the redaction and ensure it doesn’t get edited.
- Edit
: Click this to edit the effect type.
- Block
: Click to block the word from being redacted in this file or future files.
- Delete Analytics
: Click the trash can to delete an analytic from the list. There is also an option at the bottom of the analytics panel to delete all analytics.
- Search list
: Apply a search list to your file to redact key words.
Document Activity Panel
Same general functions as Audio Activity Panel but with these changes:
- Search bar
: Filter by redaction types, status, or by locked/unlocked redactions
- Go to position
: Select this option to go to the position where the redacted word is located on the document.
- View All
: This is used to view all instances of a specific redacted word.
- Show/Hide Tags: Click this icon
at the bottom of the panel to see tags for each redaction box in your video.
Video Activity Panel
Functions similarly to the Audio and Document Activity Panels, but it also includes 2 features:

- Merge Effects: Click this icon
at the bottom of the panel, select the objects you want to merge, then click this icon
to group them into one object. The effect will be applied to the merged object.
- Remove Flickering: Click this icon
at the bottom of the panel then click
to select the maximum gap between frames to fill. The effect box will then be copied for all gaps equal to or smaller than the maximum gap, removing flickering.
