How To Export and Import Your Redaction Reasons

Scenario

I made a Redaction Reasons list but my co-workers do not have the time to build their list. How do I share this list so they can add it to their CaseGuard?

Follow these steps to export and import your redaction reasons!

  • The first step is to add your redaction reasons. To add your redaction reasons, select Tools -> List Manager -> Redaction Reasons at the top left of your CaseGuard.

    • To edit the CaseGuard default reasons select the pencil icon to the right of the reasons.
    • To delete the default reasons, select the trash can icon to the right of the reasons. If you would like to delete all the reasons, select the check box in the bottom left of the window and then select the trash can icon beside the check box.
