Using the Watcher’s Template Redaction Feature

In today’s video, we will explore how to use the Watcher’s Template Redaction feature. The video will include:

Steps to Use the Template Redaction Feature

1. Begin Setup:
   • Choose “Redact Document” from the Operation dropdown and click “Add.”
2. Enable Template PDF Redaction:
   • Check the “Perform Template PDF Redaction” checkbox from the list.
3. Select a Template:
   • Choose a previously created template from the dropdown list.
4. Start Processing:
   • Click “Apply” and then “Save” to begin processing files in your watch folder.

Notable Tips

• Follow the instructions in the Watcher Intro video before starting this process.
• You can select multiple operations to add to a watcher while it is running.
