Efficient Image Redaction with the Copy-Effect Function in Redaction Studio

The Album feature in Redaction Studio allows you to redact large numbers of images without any limitations. Here’s how you can redact 1,500 images with just a few clicks using the Copy-Effect function:

  1. Create an Album:
    • Click the Album icon at the top of your Workspace, located between the Save and Redaction Pool icons.
    • Add the files you wish to redact.
    • Name your album and choose an export location, then click “Apply.”
  2. Redact Using Copy-Effect:
    • Draw a redaction box around the first logo in the Album, right-click, and select Copy-Effect.
    • In the Copy Effects pop-up, choose whether to apply the effect to all images in the Album or a selected range.
    • For a selected range, specify the start and end images by typing their numbers or using the up and down arrows.
  3. Apply and Review:
    • Click “Apply” when ready.
    • Hit “Play” to review the files, then click “Export.”
  4. View Project Files:
    • Select the Open Project Folder icon to view your project files outside of CaseGuard.
    • You’ll find a folder containing copies of the original images and another folder with the redacted images from your Album.
