Bulk Processing for Video and Audio Redaction in CaseGuard Studio

Steps for Bulk Redaction:

1. Initiate Bulk Processing:
   • Click the “Bulk Processing” icon at the top of the Shortcuts Bar.
2. Select Operation:
   • From the “Operations” dropdown, choose “Redact video/audio.”
3. Add Files:
   • Click “Add Files” and select all the files that require the same redactions. There is no limit to the number of files you can add for bulk redaction.
4. Configure Detection Settings:
   • Click “Detection Settings.” You can either select AI Automatic Detection settings or use a pre-existing template. In this case, use a previously created template.
   • Click “Apply.”
5. Export Options:
   • Check the “Export After Detection” box to automatically export files after redactions. If left unchecked, you can edit videos before exporting.
6. Start Bulk Processing:
   • Click “Start” to begin the bulk processing operation. This will open the CaseGuard Scheduler, which displays the progress of each file.
7. Review and Export:
   • Review and edit the redacted videos as needed, then click “Export” to finalize.
