How to Use the Watcher’s AI Text Analysis Feature

In today’s video, we will demonstrate how to use the Watcher’s AI Text Analysis feature. The video will include:

Steps to Use the Text Analysis Feature

1. Begin Setup:
   • Choose “Redact Document” from the Operation dropdown and click “Add.”
2. Enable AI Text Analysis:
   • Check the “Perform AI Text Analysis” checkbox from the list.
3. Configure Detection:
   • Choose a file language and specify what you want to detect.
4. Start Processing:
   • Click “Apply” and then click “Save” to begin processing files in your watch folder.

Notable Tips

• Follow the instructions in the Watcher Intro video before starting this process.
• You can select multiple operations to add to a watcher while it is running.
