Starting Bulk Redaction in CaseGuard Studio

To begin the bulk redaction process using AI in CaseGuard Studio, follow these steps:

1. Initiate Bulk Processing:
   • Click on the “Bulk Processing” icon at the top of the page.
   • This feature allows AI to automatically detect and redact all Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
2. Select Operation:
   • From the “Operations” drop-down menu, select “Redact Document.”
   • Click “Add Files” to select your files. There is no limit to the number of files you can add.
3. Configure Redaction Settings:
   • Select “Redact Document Settings” and then “Perform AI Text Analysis.”
   • Choose the file language and specify what the software should detect from the drop-down menus.
   • Click “Apply.”
4. Export Options:
   • Check the box labeled “when checked, the system will apply the results for each individual file” if you want the system to automatically export redacted files once processed.
5. Start Redaction:
   • Click “Start.”
   • The system will display both the original and redacted files.
