CaseGuard has saved me so much time on video redactions. After a short amount of training, it is very user-friendly. Any time I have had to contact customer support, they have been very friendly and helpful. My favorite feature to use is the reverse option, where you can outline a subject and have that be the only thing visible while the background is blurred.

It used to take me hours to redact a body worn camera video. Now it takes a fraction of the time and the accuracy of the automatic face/head detection is amazing! When I saw the demonstration for the program, I thought to myself, “This has to be difficult”. Well, I was wrong. The program is easy to use, and you don’t have to be a computer expert to use it.

I contacted CaseGuard and they gave me a 30 minute training session and now I feel like I am a professional at redacting videos. Now the 2 hour long videos take me just a few hours to work on. I love using this program and working with CaseGuard team. They are very helpful and just a phone call away whenever I have a question or need any kind of help.
