We have used CaseGuard for about 6 months now and have seen an exponential decrease in time it takes to redact, as well as appreciated the enhanced tools available with this software to perform redactions in comparison to the previous program we used.

The CaseGuard team has always been readily available to help whenever needed, but in the event they are not available at the moment, they are sure to make contact as soon as possible which has given me great faith in their customer service. They are available by phone or email which makes it easy for me to get ahold of them no matter what is going on in the office.
