Email and Login

  1. Check Your Inbox:
    • Look for an email from CaseGuard with a website link.
    • Find another email from our support team containing your login credentials.
  2. Access the Website:
    • Click the link provided in the email.
    • Enter your login credentials to access the site.

Download and Installation

  1. Download Software:
    • Locate the latest software version (currently 9.0.1) at the top of the page.
    • For Air-Gapped Systems: Download the offline version if needed.
    • Standard Download: Click the first blue button to download.
  2. Open Download:
    • Once downloaded, click on it at the bottom of your browser window to open.
  3. Installation Process:
    • Follow the installation window prompts and click “Next.”
    • Multiple Profiles: Select “Everybody” if others will use CaseGuard Studio on your machine.
      • Contact IT if you lack administrator access.
    • Single Profile: Choose “Only for me” if you are the sole user.
  4. Installation Options:
    • Most users can select “Express Installation.”
    • For additional options, choose “Custom Installation”:
      • AMD Graphics Card Users: Check “AMD Graphics Cards Compatibility.”
      • Multi-Language Documents: Check “Install 10 Additional OCR Languages.”
  5. Finalize Installation:
    • Customize Setup Path and accept license terms.
    • Click “Install” to begin installation, which may take a few minutes.
  6. Complete Installation:
    • After installation, click “Run Studio” to open CaseGuard Studio.
    • Enter your login credentials when prompted.

Offline Version Setup

  1. Using Offline Version:
    • Click the down arrow next to “Offline Key.”
    • Enter your provided Software Key and select “Login.”

  1. Learning Resources:
    • Watch our video on setting up a project via the Get Started window.
    • Under “Help” in your Workspace, find options like:
      • Training Course: Redirects to our YouTube channel for tutorials.
      • Documentation: Access written instructions in our Help Center.
  2. Support and Updates:
    • Use “Contact Us” for questions or feature requests.
    • Select “Check for Updates” to ensure you have the latest version.
    • Click “About CaseGuard Studio” to verify your software version.

Program Management

  1. Locate Program:
    • Search “Add or Remove Programs” on your computer.
    • Find “CaseGuard Studio” and select it.
  2. Modify, Repair, or Remove:
    • Click the three dots next to program size and choose:
      • Modify: Adjust settings or download additional features.
      • Repair: Fix issues with CaseGuard Studio functionality.
      • Remove: Uninstall CaseGuard Studio if necessary.
