This is because the panel populates based on the tool selected from the Tools Panel on the left side of your Workspace. Find & Redact Feature Selecting the Feature: With the Find & Redact feature selected, the Tool Properties Panel will display the necessary options. Configuration Options: Enter the text you want to find. Select a redaction reason and choose a color for the redaction boxes. Redaction boxes can be tagged with numbers; uncheck this option at the bottom of the panel to hide tags. Managing Redactions: Use the pencil icon to add or change a redaction reason. Click the trashcan icon to delete a specific redaction. Use the “Delete All” button at the bottom right to remove all redactions. Manual Redaction When Manual Redaction is selected, the Tool Properties Panel will automatically populate. You can then select the redaction reason and color for manual redactions on your document. Patterns / Regular Expressions Redaction Selecting the Function: When this function is selected, the Tool Properties Panel updates accordingly. Configuration Options: Choose a pattern from the dropdown menu. Type a regular expression text to search for. Apply a redaction reason and change the color of redaction boxes as needed
