Notable Tips
- Color Coding:
- Categorize your redactions by applying different colors to each type.
- Redaction Reason:
- Assign a reason to any or all redactions for documentation purposes.
- Duplicate Redactions:
- Duplicate any redaction throughout the entire document to consistently redact text or logos appearing in the same location.
- Removing Redactions:
- Use the panel to remove redactions one by one with the pencil icon or select “Delete All” to remove all at once.
- Adding Custom Patterns/Regular Expressions:
- Create specific names for your patterns and use “other” options if existing categories don’t match your pattern. These custom patterns can be used on any documents added to this project.
