Discover Advanced E-Records Redaction at the E-Records Conference in Austin

Are you heading to Austin, TX, for the E-Records Conference at the Commons Conference Center on November 22nd? We’re thrilled to share that our team will be there, demonstrating how our redaction software seamlessly handles sensitive data in e-records, covering documents, videos, images, and audio files.

With the growing demands for transparency, ensuring the privacy of sensitive information in e-records has become essential. However, meeting compliance requirements through manual redaction can be challenging, especially when handling large volumes of public records requests. Our software simplifies this process, allowing professionals to quickly redact confidential information with the help of advanced AI.

Our technology detects and redacts sensitive information, including faces, license plates, names, emails, and more, across multiple media types. The Bulk Processing feature streamlines workflow, enabling you to redact entire batches of files in one go, saving hours of manual work. For added convenience, our Redaction Pool feature makes collaboration easy, letting you and your team access and review each other’s redaction progress in real-time.

We’re looking forward to showcasing how our solutions make compliance with data privacy regulations more manageable and efficient. Stop by our booth and see how we can help your team handle e-records with confidence!

“I remember thinking, ‘This can’t possibly work that well…’ But after testing it with real-world bodycam videos, I realized the redaction process was 3-4 times faster, more accurate, and far simpler. I went from 4 hours of work to just over an hour — a huge difference in time and energy saved.”
