General Tab: View user details, license type, and license expiration date. Add your agency logo to appear on reports. Customize the storage folder for CaseGuard Studio (recommended to keep within your C-Drive). Adjust the default autosave interval (default is every ten minutes) using the up and down arrows. Extensions Tab: View accepted file types. To add an unlisted file extension, type “;” followed by “.” and the extension name, then hit “Save.” Export Tab: Choose options based on your use case; keep “Use GPU for video processing” selected. Change the “Redacted/Enhanced file name default suffix” for easy file identification. Ensure your graphics card is selected for “Hardware Acceleration.” Video Tab: Use recommended settings for optimal performance. Enable “Use a faster and smaller AI model for detection” if available for faster AI detection. Select “Use parallel detection” to maximize GPU performance. Confirm your graphics card is chosen for AI Detection from the drop-down menu. Audio Tab: Adjust the “Bleep tone level” for Audio Redactions. Document Tab: Select “Automatically OCR new PDF files” if OCR is needed for most documents. Opt to export all marked copies with proposed redactions in red. Theme Tab: Choose between two themes: the default Dark theme or the new Light theme.
