Add Files: Click the “Add File” button to include as many audio and video files with audio as needed for redaction. Configure Redact Audio Settings: Choose the language of the files. The default is “English,” but CaseGuard Studio offers over 50 language options. Enable CaseGuard to detect and redact multiple languages if present in the files. Redaction Options: Decide whether to mute or bleep the information you want redacted. Use the dropdown to specify what should be detected and muted or bleeped. You can also select “Select All” to redact all options. CaseGuard provides various categories of sensitive information for bulk redaction, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and social security numbers. Apply Redactions: Choose to redact all categories with one selection or specify particular Personally Identifiable Information (PII) categories, then click “Apply.” Export Options: To automatically export all files after detection and redaction, check the export checkbox. If you prefer to make manual edits before exporting, leave this checkbox unchecked. The files will appear in your “Project Files” panel with bulk processing redactions applied but not yet exported.
