    • Open the “Bulk Processing” window and choose “Audio Redaction” from the “Operations” dropdown menu.
  2. Add Files:
    • Click the “Add File” button to include as many audio and video files with audio as needed for redaction.
  3. Configure Redact Audio Settings:
    • Choose the language of the files. The default is “English,” but CaseGuard Studio offers over 50 language options.
    • Enable CaseGuard to detect and redact multiple languages if present in the files.
  4. Redaction Options:
    • Decide whether to mute or bleep the information you want redacted.
    • Use the dropdown to specify what should be detected and muted or bleeped. You can also select “Select All” to redact all options.
    • CaseGuard provides various categories of sensitive information for bulk redaction, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and social security numbers.
  5. Apply Redactions:
    • Choose to redact all categories with one selection or specify particular Personally Identifiable Information (PII) categories, then click “Apply.”
  6. Export Options:
    • To automatically export all files after detection and redaction, check the export checkbox.
    • If you prefer to make manual edits before exporting, leave this checkbox unchecked. The files will appear in your “Project Files” panel with bulk processing redactions applied but not yet exported.
