Choose the language spoken in the audio file. CaseGuard Studio can detect and transcribe multiple languages if present. Select the number of speakers in the Automatic Transcription pop-up window. Extend the audio wave for a better view of your audio redactions. Editing in the Transcription Panel: Highlight, right-click, and redact any data within the Transcription Panel. Edits will reflect on the audio wave. Use the search bar at the top of the Transcription Panel to find specific words or phrases to redact. The searched word or phrase will be highlighted in green. Redact individual occurrences by right-clicking and selecting “Redact.” To redact all occurrences, use the “Mute all” or “Bleep all” options. Identify speakers by highlighting, right-clicking on labels like Speaker 0, selecting “Edit,” and replacing with a name or label of your choice. Using the Analytics Panel for Redaction: The Analytics Panel identifies and categorizes all Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Use the analytics search bar to filter by category. Set criteria using “Type” and choose “Equals to” or “Not Equals to,” then select a category. Redact text within categories by hovering over them and selecting an effect, or redact everything within a category using “Mute All” or “Bleep All” options above the Analytics Panel.
