Search for a Word: Enter the word you want to find and use the arrows to navigate through each occurrence. Redact Occurrences: Redact each occurrence individually or all at once. Add a Redaction Reason: Specify a reason for redacting the information, which will appear in your CaseGuard reports. Apply and Export: Apply your redactions, export the document, and review the final results. Notable Tips Color Coding: Categorize your redactions by applying different colors to each type. Redaction Reason: Assign a reason to any or all redactions for documentation purposes. Specifying Search: Use “Case Sensitive” or “Whole Words Only” options to refine your search. Removing Redactions: The panel allows you to remove redactions one by one using the pencil icon or by selecting the “Delete All” option.
