Visualization Options: Audio Waveform: Default visualization. Digital Impulse Wave Heat Map Audio Frequency Spectrum Audio Bars No Visualization Advanced Features in the Transcription Panel Search Features: Match The Whole Word: Requires typing the entire word in the Transcription Search Bar to find and highlight it. Match Case: Ensures word searches match exactly based on case sensitivity. Confidence Indicators: Underline Low-Confidence Words: Underlines words with green, yellow, or red lines indicating transcription confidence levels. Hover over underlined words to see confidence levels (red is lower than yellow and green). Right-click and select “Go-to Position” to play back audio and verify transcription accuracy. If correct, right-click and select “Mark as Accurate.” If incorrect, select “Edit” to correct and then mark as accurate. Speaker Options: Show Speakers: Separates dialogue by speaker. Shorten The Speaker’s Sentences: Breaks long paragraphs into shorter segments. Advanced Options on the Audio Wave Copy Effects To Other Files: Right-click on the audio wave and select “Copy Effects To.” Choose from available video files in your CaseGuard Studio project to copy redaction points and effects. Collective Redaction Actions: In the Transcription Panel, search for a speaker’s name and choose to collectively mute, bleep, or change voice every time they speak.
