CaseGuard offers four subscription plans designed to support different redaction workflows. All plans are billed annually, with discounted rates available for long-term use.

The best plan depends on your redaction needs:

• Doc Suite – Ideal for teams focused on document and image redaction. Includes unlimited PDF, email, scan, and image redaction with AI-powered tools for fast, accurate removal of sensitive information.

• Media Suite – Best for organizations working primarily with video and audio. Designed for body-cam footage, CCTV, interviews, and more, with AI transcription and translation capabilities built in.

• Ultimate Suite – A complete AI-powered redaction suite for high-volume workflows. Combines both media and document redaction, plus batch processing, collaboration tools, and third-party integrations for evidence and records management.

• Enterprise – Built for large organizations needing scalability, advanced admin controls, and custom implementation. Available for teams starting at 50+ seats, with role management, workspace customization, dedicated onboarding, and premium training options included. Custom pricing is provided based on your organization’s needs.

CaseGuard Studio is a local application that you install on your organization’s own computers. When using CaseGuard Studio redaction software, all of the redaction work you do is happening on your computers —and nothing is being processed or stored on the cloud.

No, there are no limits on the quantity or duration of videos and audio files that can be redacted using CaseGuard. Whether you have hundreds or thousands of extensive videos and audio files, you can confidently depend on CaseGuard for an efficient redaction process without any constraints.

However, if you’re particularly interested in using the automatic audio redaction with transcription capabilities, each license comes with a limit of 240 hours/year of Automatic Transcription & Translation or 48,000 pages/year of AI document analysis. You have the option to add more hours and pages once the initial allotment has been utilized.

CaseGuard offers free live, instructor-led training sessions included with every license. Each session is taught by a CaseGuard training specialist, runs on a recurring weekly schedule, and gives you time to ask questions and see features in action.

Trainings are split into two parts by file type, so your team only attends what’s relevant to their work:

Video & Audio Redaction Courses:

• Part 1: Video & Audio Redaction Foundations – AI object detection, smart tracking, audio PII removal, and your first end-to-end workflow
• Part 2: Master Video & Audio Redaction – bulk processing at scale, unredaction, 30+ enhancement effects, and watermarking

Document, Image, & Email Redaction Courses:

• Part 1: Image & Document Redaction Foundations – AI detection, search lists, regular expressions, reusable templates, and image redaction.
• Part 2: Master Document & Email Redaction – PST and email archive redaction, bulk workflows, Bates numbering, and page organization.

Outside of training, our support team and your dedicated account manager are available to answer questions, help with specific projects, and provide additional guidance as your workflows evolve.

Yes, you can use both your CaseGuard license and the CaseGuard Studio video redaction software in an offline mode, even when there is no internet connection available.

To do this, you’ll need to assign the license to the specific computer you want to use. We issue one offline key per license, which is tied to that specific machine. Please note that once the offline key has been issued for a license, it can not be cancelled, transferred, or changed for the duration of the license. Changed to the keys can be done upon renewal. This setup is often used in air-gapped systems.

However, please note that certain features, such as transcription and translation, will not be available when using the software in offline mode. Regardless of whether you’re using the software online or offline, CaseGuard does not see, store, or transfer any of your files outside of your local machine or network.

There is no limit to the types of files that can be processed and the software has the ability to redact and enhance any video, audio, image, or PDF file, and continues to add support for more file types as they become available.

Yes. You are not restricted to buying licenses from the same plan for your entire team. This means you can mix and match your purchases based on individual needs. For instance, in a single order, you could purchase two standard licenses and three premium licenses for your team, catering to different requirements.
