Find the Best Privacy Solution at the CLEARS Conference

Will you be in Universal City, CA for the California Law Enforcement Association of Records Supervisors conference? We are excited to let you know that the CaseGuard team will be in-house from November 4th to November 5th showing off CaseGuard Studio, the perfect privacy solution for any records or information requests.
Law enforcement professionals know that public records requests require redacting personally identifiable information (PII) to prevent releasing sensitive data. This often becomes a time-consuming task, leading to hours of effort and a backlog of requests. CaseGuard Studio streamlines the process, enabling you to redact confidential information with just a few clicks. Our AI video tools detect PII such as faces, license plates, screens, and text, while our document tools identify names, emails, SSNs, and more. Plus, the Find & Redact feature instantly pinpoints specific pieces of text for a more customized redaction.
CaseGuard Studio also offers plenty of features that will help optimize your workflow. Our Bulk Processing feature allows you to upload and redact an unlimited number of files to your exact preferences at once, while our Watcher feature makes it possible to set up a fully customizable input folder, redacting anything you put into it immediately before transferring it to an output folder of your choosing. We also offer a Redaction Pool feature that allows you and your coworkers to effortlessly collaborate on redaction tasks, easily reviewing any edits or completed files in the folder.

At CaseGuard, we pride ourselves on the work we do and the software that we’ve developed to make investigator and police work more efficient. We have a talented team of engineers who work hand-in-hand with police departments to find out what tools and features are most useful and necessary for their jobs. We also boast a very responsive support team and loads of help articles and videos, along with quarterly updates always loaded up with new features.
If you don’t believe us, hear it from one of our satisfied customers. Laura Cullum, Records Clerk for the Kilgore Police Department, had this to say when asked about CaseGuard Studio and the effect its had on her work:
“With CaseGuard’s AI features, we’ve been able to significantly reduce the time spent on these tasks, allowing us to focus on more pressing matters. Additionally, the ability to cut, drop, and edit video segments within the platform has greatly enhanced our workflow. Furthermore, the diverse array of options for redaction effects and audio redactions has proven invaluable in ensuring the integrity of our content.
Moreover, the transcription feature within CaseGuard’s audio redaction has been particularly beneficial. I can apply mute and bleep to the transcriptions that the software prepared for me for long-hour files, which saves a lot of time and energy.”
