• Standard: Ideal for teams that regularly redact PII or sensitive data from video, audio, PDFs, and images—whether for compliance, FOIA requests, or internal reviews.

• Lite: Designed for basic video and audio redaction. It offers accurate automation for teams that need a simple, effective tool to handle public records or compliance tasks.

• Doc: Focused on PDF and image redaction. With pattern-based redaction tools, Doc is perfect for professionals who don’t need to redact audio or video but need a fast, reliable way to remove identifying information from documents.

CaseGuard accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers, ACH, checks, and government purchase orders.

In addition, we accept Purchase Orders (POs) to formalize requirements and pricing and to serve as binding documentation of the service provided.

Training ensures your team gets up to speed quickly—and uses CaseGuard as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Yes, you can cancel your account plan at any time. However, if you do, you will be unable to edit or export any unfinished redaction projects after canceling your plan. Make sure you finish all your redaction projects before cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days before the renewal date for a full refund. If they are made less than 30 days before the renewal, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining time.

You’ll still have access to any files you’ve already redacted, enhanced, and exported—as long as they’ve been saved. However, once your subscription is canceled, you won’t be able to open, edit, or make changes to unfinished projects.
