• Enterprise: Built for large organizations starting at 50+ seats that need scalable rollouts, advanced admin controls, custom workspace rules, and dedicated onboarding and training. Custom pricing is available based on your needs.

CaseGuard accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers, ACH, checks, and government purchase orders.

In addition, we accept Purchase Orders (POs) to formalize requirements and pricing and to serve as binding documentation of the service provided.

Yes! You can always upgrade for additional features or downgrade later.

CaseGuard offers free live, instructor-led training sessions included with every license. Each session is taught by a CaseGuard training specialist, runs on a recurring weekly schedule, and gives you time to ask questions and see features in action.

Trainings are split into two parts by file type, so your team only attends what’s relevant to their work:

Video & Audio Redaction Courses:

• Part 1: Video & Audio Redaction Foundations – AI object detection, smart tracking, audio PII removal, and your first end-to-end workflow
• Part 2: Master Video & Audio Redaction – bulk processing at scale, unredaction, 30+ enhancement effects, and watermarking

Document, Image, & Email Redaction Courses:

• Part 1: Image & Document Redaction Foundations – AI detection, search lists, regular expressions, reusable templates, and image redaction.
• Part 2: Master Document & Email Redaction – PST and email archive redaction, bulk workflows, Bates numbering, and page organization.

Outside of training, our support team and your dedicated account manager are available to answer questions, help with specific projects, and provide additional guidance as your workflows evolve.

Yes, you can cancel your account plan at any time. However, if you do, you will be unable to edit or export any unfinished redaction projects after canceling your plan. Make sure you finish all your redaction projects before cancellation.

CaseGuard offers a money-back guarantee on annual licenses for the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds are calculated at 1/12 of your annual fee per unused month remaining, with partial months rounded up. Any cloud-based AI hours used will be deducted at $5/hour. Note that offline license keys and fully consumed AI allotments (2400 AI credits or 14,400 AI credits for AI transcription, and 48,000 credits for AI document analysis) are non-refundable. To qualify, you must have demonstrated an active effort to deploy and utilize the software as needed, completed training sessions and worked with your Account Manager. To request a refund, email your dedicated Account Manager with your license email, training attendee details, and training date.

You’ll still have access to any files you’ve already redacted, enhanced, and exported—as long as they’ve been saved. However, once your subscription is canceled, you won’t be able to open, edit, or make changes to unfinished projects.
