CaseGuard has saved me so much time on video redactions. After a short amount of training, it is very user-friendly. Any time I have had to contact customer support, they have been very friendly and helpful.

My favorite feature to use is the reverse option, where you can outline a subject and have that be the only thing visible while the background is blurred. This feature has been very helpful when redacting crowded businesses or within our own building for security purposes.

I would definitely recommend CaseGuard to other Police Departments.
