Redacting videos was new to me as was CaseGuard. I was a little intimidated when I first started using this program. A lot of the videos I work on range from 15 minutes up to 2 hours long. The longest it took me to redact a video without any training was about 2 days.

After running into some bumps, I contacted CaseGuard and they gave me a 30 minute training session and now I feel like I am a professional at redacting videos. Now the 2 hour long videos take me just a few hours to work on. I love using this program and working with CaseGuard team. They are very helpful and just a phone call away whenever I have a question or need any kind of help.
